Strength and Conditioning Continues Until 7/30/15 The athletic department will continue strength and conditioning sessions, Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, at the athletic field house. Boys and Girls Track Practice will begin on Monday Feb. 23, 2015. We encourage all students in grades 7th and 8th, to register to become part of the Rich Tradition of the TIGER TRACK & FIELD. There is 17 events to choose from, so if you have a particular set of skills, please do not
